How would I overclock my RAM

I have a good Asus P5B-Deluxe mobo, and dual channel RAM both running at 400mHz with CPU at 3.6gHz (C2D E6850) 2xDDR2 SDRAM PC2-6400 1Gig ADATA 1.8v (Current) 5.5.5.18
2xDDR2 SDRAM PC2-6400 512meg Kingston 1.8v (Current) 5.5.5.18
OS: Vista 32bit (3Gig of RAM does register)
The current Ratio is 1:1
How would I go about doing this ?

You wouldn't; you're already all set
1:1 is just fine, and your memory is at spec. You have brought your CPU speed ahead so it matches your memory speed perfectly, and you don't need memory bandwidth beyond that of the CPU anyway.
If you want faster RAM you must purchase it (but it's still a dopey idea),

First of all you have two sets of different RAM, my first question is are all your sticks running at their rated speeds? Download and run CPUZ and click the Memory tab and go through your different sticks and see what their rated at.

As the_ogs stated your speed is fine but you might be able to decrease the latency and improve your performance slightly. Download Memtest and then go into the BIOS and manually set your timings to 4-4-4-15. Run Memtest and see if you get any errors. If you do get errors then increase your voltage first to 1.9 then 2.0 and so on until stable but I wouldn't really suggest going over 2.2v unless you know what your doing. Play around with the timings and voltages, running Memtest checking stability, until you have found your best result.

Thanks "the_ogs" and "AUsch30", I Use CPU-Z and many other tools and yes they are all the same for all RAM modules, but sadly it seems my board does not support timing manipulation. The is no option for that in my BIOS/CMOS. I might get a new board + I have to use BETA BIOS to run the E6850, but I have had no issues.

I agree. With ~2.1 or 2.2v you could tighten things up probably.
The point is, this is the area for improvement - extra memory speed in MHz is not the way to go.
You can see my sig, I run 1:1 myself but I keep the timings very tight...
Because the memory is dual-channel you require only 1/2 the FSB, ie. FSB1600 requires only 800DDR RAM.
I am running FSB1200, totally stable, all stock/default voltages. Bloody fast too (want more? - get new vidcard!)

Thats the thing even if I increase the RAM Voltage from default to 1.2-2.1 I still cant adjust the timings, So I guess i'm either going to have to go with a newer high end systemboard that allows for those modifications. Thanks for all the advise, very helpful.
