How would I overclock this?

Cosair Liquid CPU Cooler
16GB DDR3 RAM Cosair(Heat Spreader XMP)
Nvidia 2GB Geforce GTX 760 Superclocked (SLI)
1000 Watt PSU

I guess my real question is do I use the motherboards BIOS?
Or do I have to do some extra trickery to make it overclock right?

You can't overclock the 3770 non K CPU.

You can try to raise the blck in the BIOS for a slight boost, but that's about it.
