How would these graphic cards fare for gaming at 1280x1024 resolution?

R7 260x (XFX)
R9 270 (Sapphire)
R9 270x (Sapphire)

At that resolution you wouldn't need to upgrade for a long time. They would easily run all games at maximum settings depending naturally that you have a CPU to keep up!

Just get the R9 270 it will max games at your resolution for a long time to come (assuming your CPU doesn't bottleneck performance)

I don't like XFX cards.
