How would this do for gaming

How would this do for a gaming computer I know it will not play newer games at max but will it play the games that are out now like bad company at a playable rate
its better then my 5 year old alienware area 51 and to upgrade what I have would cost more then this

It all looks great except for the GT 440, if you put the GTX 460 in there you should max Battlefield at a sensible resolution. I have the GTX 460 1GB and an i5-760 which is about as good as the i3-2120 in games and i max it no problem at 1920x1200. Even with the GT 440 though, you shouldn't have a problem at medium settings and ~1440x900.

Agree @ jmsellars.

You better get something like a GTS 450. It'll cost you about $50 more but will let you play all current games at high/med settings at 1680x1050. One friend of mine pulls out 100FPS off GTA 4 maxxed with an i3 2100 & a GTS 450 with 8GB RAM.
