How would you improve my rig specs

Hello guys, first rig bulider here. After weeks of consideration here is what i come up with http://pcpartpicker.com/p/czBVGX

Without increasing my budget, unless if its by a little bit. What are somethings you'll change from my rig. My main concerns and need of help is the GPU and mother board. I'm pretty set on the rest.

First i change your z87 mobo to z97 for better supporting on refresh haswell and you might upgrade it later who knows right?. Second is adding an aftermarket cooler as you will learn to overclock your cpu soon. final is the monitor that i pick one with lower ms (response time) at lower price though you will lose ips feature but its up to you
