I'm looking to buy an IKEA table to set up as my new battlestation once I get my new rig built. It'll have 3 monitors. I'm torn between trying to set up a L configuration with two Ikea Tables, or just buying the really long one and putting it on the longer wall where my cat's area is set up and putting their area where my computer is currently set up.

Here's my areas (excuse the mess lol):

Here's the tables:

Where my pc is now that wall is about 64 inches in length, so i am not sure if I should get two of these: http://www.ikea.com/us/en/catalog/products/S39903772/, if I get two of these I can make them into an L, like this guy did in his picture:

The only dilemma with going the L shape is will my 3rd monitor end up on the other table (in that area?) They'll be 3 23 inch.

Hey shawne!

Personally I would go with an L shape design as you would only have to do a 90 degree turn to focus on anything on top of the other table. L shape designs look really neat and tidy also. Sorry if this wasn't the answer you were looking for, just giving my opinions.

Actually L shaped is what I want, I'm just worried my other monitor will be way over on the other table lol. And I want my body centered on them, but feel that won't be since the other table's side would be like in my right armpit haha.
