You'll need to drop it down in that case - I recommend EVGA NVIDIA GTX 750 graphics card instead. It's small and it can play BF4 on ultra at average 35 fps pretty good for...
Get a 350w power supply and a geforce gtx 750. At least that would make games playable a 720p, and some at 1080. That CPU is going to bottleneck you if you try for much more power than that.

If its a desktop there's always a way to upgrade. Your motherboard has a PCIe x16 slot and you can add a graphics card inside it.
You can even upgrade your CPU with that AM2+ socket -
If your in a budget maybe go for AMD A Series ? If not then add a graphics card - If you need help choosing one what's your budget I can recommend one.

PS: You can upgrade everything!

About the only thing you can do, and I would base your decision on your financial situation, is put a graphics card in there.
I just upgraded a friends HP, with similar power supply (the limiting factor) with a Zotac GT630.

It was a substantial gain over his integrated graphics.
If you wanted to spend the money on a new power supply also, say 400-450 watt or more (helluva deal at Newegg right now on their Rosewill brand 750 which is WAY overkill for your PC) then you could consider an Nvidia GTX750. These are really great bang-for-the-buck cards, but your current power supply won't support a 750. It will support that 630.

My budget here is 300 , anything that would make this thing game .

My budget is 300 , I want this to game good , i know i wont get the best but whatever the best i can get out of it will be fine for me.

AMD Athlon X4 760k Black Edition
AMD 270X
EVGA 500B 500W 80+

Sorry 300 £ or $ ?

Your mobo is very limited for anyother upgrade: DDR2 RAM is relatively expensive and hard to find quality sticks, and per HP your processor choices are for processors that pretty much are not made anymore.
What I have suggested is a very Expensive upgrade for a nearly obsolete PC, but it will game.
If you can hold out, I would save the $300 towards a new build and try asking for some of the more major parts for Christmas or whatever. You can "build" a pc by using www.pcpartpicker.com. Post your build (open another thread) and ask for forum comments.
Good luck.
Oh Yeah, $$ summary: $160 plus any tax or shipping.
