How would you use 3 monitors on a 2 way sli set up

I will be getting 2 EVGA GeForce GTX 980 Hydro Coppers and the monitors are Asus ROG Swifts. They only have displayport ports and only one per monitor. How would I connect them without getting latency or will the GPUs be enough ?

Yeah the numbers before the product name are as many I will get.

Just plug them into the gpus. There shouldn't be any problem at all.

So if I plug 2 into one GPU and the other to the next GPU it wouldn't bottleneck or be any latency.

Sweeet so the SLI configuration acts like one GPU not 2 and its one huge power. Even though im using one port on one of the GPUs its still SLI like both GPUs become one huge graphics card with x2s the ports ooookay. I've been looking at it all wrong. So I can daisy chain it. thanks
