I found USB stick with Windows iso , the setup.exe ver is 10.0.19041.1...is this Windows Home, Pro ?

All versions are present. Your key controls the version that is unlocked. But, I wouldn't trust a "found" version as far as I could throw it. Download the current version from Microsoft and make your own USB installer.

Better to download the current version directly from MS.

You're always downloading the latest release from Microsoft. Currently 21H1. And, ALL downloads are free. It's the key that costs.

As already stated, ALL versions are present on the media, your KEY unlocks the appropriate version for that key.

If you want to install Windows, get a fresh install, not some file found on a discarded USB drive. It literally costs nothing to do this but five minutes of slight effort.

Well the USB is mine always was..

19041 is/was 20H1
19042 = 20H2
19043 = 21H1

But there is a chance the version number doesn't change everywhere as the debugger in win 10 19043 is still numbered 19041.
If you created USB recently from Media creation tool is 21H1 regardless of what version number it shows.
Microsoft don't change versions of everything in each install so some parts might show wrong numbers. Drivers for instance.
