I have norton security and When I open it I cant open it , I can see the GREY EDGE AND A TRANSPARENT SCREEN BUT IN TASKBAR IT SHOWS IT IS OPENED I CANT DO ANYTHING

Its windows 7 and it's my PC tell me how give.the full rights to it and the Norton whenever I open there is a box with grey edges and transparent at the middle but it is opened I can't see anything just Grey edges
