Howcome downgrade ie9 to ie8 on win7

can you help me how to downgrade ie9 to ie8..?

uninstall ie9

under add and remove programs there is "show installed updates" click that and IE9 will be listed and uninstall it.
Then hide the IE9 update so it does not keep bothering you.
