Would this machine be able to run BF3 at Ultra settings and 1920x1080 with 60FPS?

I don't think it would. Ultra Settings meaning full Multi-Sampling, the 7870 ghz won't average 60, more likely to average 50fps, especially with that CPU. I also wouldn't trust that PSU included with the case.

Do you already have a mouse? I don't see one listed.

Honestly, you probably don't need the sound card. The on-board audio on the ASRock will probably be fine, unless you have some specific need for it.

The sound card is specifically for my Surround sound system...I have a mouse.
Tight budget, I can play on high settings at least, the processor and gpu are cheap, so no big deal.

The PSU that came with the case won't work? Why not? it has enough wattage

I'm just very nitpicky when it comes to PSU's. To me it is the one and only part in a PC which shouldn't regard price over quality.

For me, anything less than 80 plus bronze efficiency, and without well documented and tested reviews showing very high quality power is a no-no for me. But that's me.

I just finished Battlefield 3 on my 7950, I think this is the minimum you will need to get the frame rate you want at 1080p.

I also have a surround sound system and I connect to it direct from my ASRock motherboard using the digital out, the graphics card you have selected also has a HDMI out which will carry the audio to your surround system as long as it has a HDMI pass-through which switches the video to your TV. You really don't need the sound card, use the money to invest in a better CPU or GPU.

... Something about dual channel... By the looks of it, this is strictly a gaming build, and by the time games take more than 8gb of memory, you'll probably want to upgrade your whole system. You probably won't need 8 gb for a while. And I recommend you get a lower end cooler and a higher end mobo.
