I'm upgrading my computer and I want you tech bad*****(mod edit) to make sure I didn't mess anything up!

http://pcpartpicker.com/p/7GCFf8

The changes I'm making to my computer is a new msi motherboard for a new 6700k, and new ddr4 ram vengeance 16GB. The rest is going to stay the same. Will everything work together decently well?
***IMPORTANT: I've tried to do research and figure it out, but no one has provided a clear answer. So, I had windows 7 home premium, then did the whole free upgrade to window 10 thing. If I change my motherboard and cpu and ram, will I lose my windows 10? The hard drive is the same. Will I be able to reuse my windows i bought if i do lose my window 10?

Thanks! You guys are heroes!

*Thanks for the compliment but please watch the language this is a family friendly forum :)*

You may have to buy another copy of windows, the install is tied to the motherboard. But chance all you will have to do is contact Microsoft to activate it as they are usually fairly good about allowing you to move the license, but understand they don't have too. The biggest issue I see is the PSU, it's not a reliable unit and is way overpriced at that. I would also get a better cooler from cryorig.

The EVGA GS is higher quality, fully modular, 80 plus gold and cheaper than that CXm.
