Is there anything you would change?
Why?

Is there any major bottleneck?

UPDATE1 : My budget is about €1000 which is roughly $1300 dollars. I'm planning to buy everything off amazon.

It looks decent, but it can be improved.
What is your budget, where are you buying from, and is it going to be used mainly for gaming?
You can go for a newer generation CPU and mobo, add and SSD, a better PSU (the CX is kinda bad), and maybe an R9 280x as it`s similar performance to the GTX 770, but a bit cheaper.

I wrote my budget in the update. I don't really want to buy an SSD because i believe the hybrid drive is going to do just fine for me. But i'm definitely not buying any ATX Cards. For graphics cards i only want Nvidias they are more compatible with what i have to do. They have CUDA. I won't only game on this PC, i'll also edit videos and do some 3D rendering with blender. Thats why i need an Nvidia.

I could be interested in getting another PSU since i'm no expert, 650watts will be enough. Do you have any suggestions?

Here`s something for about 1300$ from Amazon.
You didn`t mention if you`ll OC for now, so I didn`t include a cooler, and in your build you didn`t have an OS, so I didn`t put one there.
Let me know if you need a cooler and OS within your budget, to shift some things around.
