Note:

So that's it. I've never spent more then 400$ on a PC so this is a new thing for me. My budget is 3100 and I think this is the most bang for my buck. If you have any suggestions or feedback feel free to leave them.

I'm trying to build a high end gaming pc btw

Is that everything I would need for a complete build (other then peripherals obviously)? I'm a little weary about building my own pc, as I have a very limited knowledge. I still have room in my budget your way, would it be a bad idea to upgrade both graphic cards to the super clocked EVGA GeForce GTX 780 Ti 3gb video card? And would it make much difference that way

Ps my goal is to squeeze every cent from the stocks I'm selling into this machine, I also plan on doing some upgrading over the next few years
 
Yes you could do that.
What i linked you i just picked in 3 mins, but that's roughly what a good gaming system would be.
For futureproofing and if you have money left you can get the gtx 780 ti's but unless you want to game at high resolutions you're fine with the normal 780's
