How's my Cable Management?

Hi, I recently cable managed my PC and I wanted to know if this was good or if I should do more? Thanks. Also, the cables in the back are sort of all over the place, but I am not too worried about that.

Any particular reason for that CPU cooler orientation?
Is that blowing down or up?

No reason at all, placed it a long time ago and just kind of left it like that. It is blowing up.

Do you think I should move it to a different location?

No reason at all, placed it a long time ago and just kind of left it like that. It is blowing up.

Push through the fins is marginally better than pull, as you currently have it.
But probably not enough to take it apart, though.
