Looks solid, but I can say from experience there is always a chance that Cooler gets in the way of your RAM (I have that Cooler and that RAM, but a different MOBO). Always a good thing to check, seeing as you only have 2 slots.
 



Nice bundle find. Saves me about $15. Are corsair PSUs just as good as Antec PSUs?
