I am looking into building a new PC and this is what I would like to get... (please consult!)

AMD Ryzen 9 5950X or AMD Ryzen 9 5900X??
Asus ROG Strix X570-E or Asus ROG Crosshair VIII Hero or Asus ROG Crosshair VIII Dark Hero?? (I'm really unsure about the motherboard!)
Asus Radeon RX 6900 XT (TUF or STRIX)
Samsung 980 Pro 1 TB M.2-2280 NVME
Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro (2x8 GB)
Asus ROG Thor 850 80+ Platinum
Corsair iCUE H150i RGB PRO XT
Asus ROG Strix Helios
Asus TUF VG27AQL1A

I will being playing games and browsing the internet.

Thank you!

The 5900x/5950x isn't worth the cost imo at that resolution unless you're getting a sweet deal via a prebuilt. Also for what I'm guessing you're spending on that rig a 1TB SSD seems a bit small.

A set-up such as this will get you similar performance and I'm guessing for cheaper. Just pair it up with a G-Sync compatible monitor.

5950x is overkill. Motherboard is overkill. PSU is overkill. Unless you just want to brag about your parts list.

Get a 5900x, any B550 or X570 strix is more than enough. 850w gold Seasonic will do just fine.
