As @IDProG says it's probably a question best asked before building it. However it's a nice very capable build with seemingly any compromises made in the right places. I would have probably spent a tiny bit less on the motherboard but with the board and PSU you have a very good platform that you can upgrade later, you could drop a Ryzen 9 in there at a later date should you ever feel the need. If you were to go too cheap then you don't really get the benefit of AM5's multiple generations.

Storage you can add at any time so not really a concern.

The 6750XT might struggle in 2k res for 100+ fps in a few AAA titles.

Like you have identified yourself, add in a 2tb SSD for now.

I dont know how much you have saved up. if you were to upgrade your gpu, i would not recommend anything short of a 4070ti.
