i want to know if this pc is the best quality price i can get for fast browsing download and stream
i know it all has to do with isp mine(120mb/s down 30mb/s up and unlimited data) but i want a computer
that does not take time to load apps and internet

CPU Intel Core i3-7320 215$ or i5-7500 quade core? theres only 30$ difference!!
GPU ??????????????????? would i need one
SSD Samsung 850 Evo 250GB for running os 135$
HDD Seagate FireCuda SSHD 1TB (2016) already have and paid
RAM HyperX Fury DDR4 2666 C15 4x8GB 118$
MBD Gigabyte GA-B250M-DS3H 87$ could i find a better one???
power supply EVGA 450 B1, 80+ BRONZE 450W 50$

computer case Rosewill Dual Fans MicroATX Mini Tower Computer Case 30$ any other suggestions??

SSD seems to be too expensive?
With this price, CPU is way too expensive. Ryzen beats Intel hard for cost-effectiveness.
Since you are streaming, I suggest 6 cores and budget gpu. $118 32 gb ram is not likely, you sure it is ddr4? Also 16gb is more than enough for a while.
PSU is better with Seasonic. SSHD is not necessary, ssd+hdd is very fast already.
Here is the build:

my cpu is 213$$ vs yours at 300$ canadian

Cool, canadian list it is, ignore above :) Your PSU is not reliable, if between the two CPU, get i5. save some money on ssd as there is not too much difference in speed.
