If it is for general usage, then it is very good but if you are planning on gaming build, then drop the CPU to X3 720...

Well it's not for gaming, so I'm not planning to get a video card... or OC for that matter !

a better deal in my opinion would be a 940 BE/ 770 chipset motherboard combo with some 1066mhz memory, and drop the PSU to a 400w modxstream.

General purpose, like office work, internet etc..
Why 1066 when CPU and motherboard handle 1600 ? That's 2 steps behind !

The point of my thread is to evaluate the components I chose and their compatibility instead of breaking down how/why will the PC be used.

Like for example, that particular MSI board is better than the Asus, or this ram won't work well with that etc
