I have been looking to get a VR ready computer and I have never built a PC before but I have upgraded them before. My goal is really to just run all VR games, don't care about the quality as long as it is not bad.

I will be using a 60hz monitor with this build since I am low on cash.

Does anybody know how I can subsidize the build cost? And if they have any suggestions that would be nice but I do not want to go higher than the current price.

Also, do you guys recommend computer parts off Amazon?

What do you mean by subsidize the build cost? There are definitely some places to make cuts - you went very expensive with the motherboard and can probably come down quite a bit there and even in the cooler or use an AMD platform instead. Do you really need the optical drive in 2019? And you really ought to use some of the savings for a better quality PSU; this is an inappropriately low quality power supply for a build like this.
