How's this build? (5690k + 970)

It's going to be my first build so I need to know if I'm missing something or there's a bad quality part there.

Motherboard doesn't support SLI, so that would be first thing I would change. CX series PSU's are not very good. I would change that too. Everything else is fine. Here would be my suggestions.

I have heard reviews that gigabyte boards break quite often e.e
