How's this build?

I am upgrading from my very slow system for gaming and I wanted to know if this is any good. Any adjustments would be appreciated but I cannot raise the price by even a penny as I have already gone over budget. Thank you!

Get a 990fx mobo and 1866 ram. Everything else is 100%.

Do you have a recommendation that does NOT increase price? I don't see much of a worthwhile difference between 1600 ram and 1866 ram but I have heard nothing but good stories about ripjaws so I updated it:

I checked 990fx boards and they increased price so I can't get them. But I saw that this 2133 ram is the same as the 1866 so here is the updated list

The 2133 is cas 11. You're better off with cas 9 1866. Try GSkill Ares - so it fits under your cooler.
