Sapphire 11191-02-20G HD 6570 2GB DDR3 Graphics Card ?

Just updated with 8gb of RAM and looking to update my Nvidia 9200 Geforce card, (it has to be low profile) and wondered how this would fare with 2012 games until I update my entire build at some point

It is a good card in the low profile camp, however you can have a Sapphire Radeon HD 7750 low profile or AMD 6670 also available but those are more expensive. Also it depends what PSU you have in your build. Most modern Graphics cards will need 400W psu, you may need to look at changing your as well.
Sapphire HD 6570 is quite decent, if you look at benchmark. http://www.videocardbenchmark.net/gpu.php?gpu=Radeon+HD+6570&id=54

Thanks, I do have a 250w PSU so far (gonna be upgrading to a 500w soon though)and looking at a few reviews seems to do well at that temp

I think I'll go for it as it seems like a good choice for the next few months til I save up for a new one

Upgrading the PSU to at least 400W is a must if you consider changing your graphics to 6570 and run some modern games on moderate settings. You can grab a new PSU pretty cheap and it will give you complete peace of mind. I always frown upon when people stretch their 300W psu and change the graphics without upgrading their power. It not worth the BSD risk. ;) Decide for yourself if a sudden hardware failure in the middle of skirmish and your subsequent game ranks worth 20- 30 quid of power supply upgrade. :non:

Nah, I never do go for used unless it's something I know won't break, I like the warrenties that say amazon and AMD give tbh, though for a PSU it may be worth it
