How's this for around $400

Hey guys. I'm in the mood to build a new system, but I don't have a whole lot of cash to spend. How is this for a system around $400? (roughly)

Processor- AMD Duron 700MHz $50
Motherboard- MSI MS-6340M (VIA KM133 Chipset) $120
RAM- Micron/Crucial 128MB PC133 SDRAM $60
Hard Drive- IBM Deskstar 75GXP 20GB 7200 RPM $100
NIC- Linksys Etherfast 10/100mbs PCI $20
Case- ATX with 300 Watt power supply $60

This would just be a general purpose system, not a gaming machine at all. It has integrated graphics so no need for a AGP card.

Any suggestions?

Sounds good to me. If you spend $10 more and get a good HSF you could overclock it to 850 or 900mhz.
