HP 1610 PSC help

I have a HP 1610 and it says " paper Jam " , but the paper rolls through very well , but it won't print , it just stops 1/2 way through and says to clear the jam. I press OK and the paper finishes coming out and starts a new one and then it stops 1/2 way through with the same message. I opened it up and can't find anything wrong. The rollers seem just fine and all work . What is going on then ?
I reset by holding down the OK and cancel , but that didn't help

Does the paper your using match the kind of paper format selected?

Try blowing it out with a can of duster. There could be something on a sensor.
