HP 1810-48G Switch not showing up on Network

We have an HP 1810-48G switch which is no longer showing up on my network. When I run an IP Scanner I can no longer see the switch. However, the 30 plus users are having to issues accessing the internet and other network drives , servers. I also ran the HP Discovery Utility and still no show. This switch does not have a Console port. Any ideas without resetting switch to factory settings , on how to access. Thanks

Did it ever show up at one time? I do know that some switches have the option to have ping disabled, this will prevent the switch from showing up in a LAN scan. For some switches, this is normal. Can you access the web GUI and check for that option?

Am gonna wager it has already reset to its factory state, you wanna try to access it via its factory IP according to manual.
