HP 2000 upgrade CPU

My question is, is it possible to upgrade the CPU to http://www.amazon.com/Intel-Core-i5-3230M-Processor-Upgrade/dp/B00B4BK1OE/ref=sr_1_21?ie=UTF8&qid=1388172636&sr=8-21&keywords=3230M+2.60-GHz+processor (Itel core i5 3230M), and upgrade the hard drive with http://www.amazon.com/Hitachi-Travelstar-5K750-HTS547564A9E384-5400RPM/dp/B008BMAN2O/ref=lh_ni_t?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=A36CB5VVA8ZISE this hard drive.
