Question HP 24MH OSM Locked

Hello, I have a HP 24 MH monitor, and it seems that the OSM menu is locked, and I can't get it unlocked. I've tried the "Press and hold for 10 seconds" advice, and that doesn't work. The button itself seems to work, because the popup saying it's locked only comes up when I press the button, and then goes away after a few seconds. I'd like to be able to adjust settings in the monitor again... any advice?

- Unplug the Monitor from power.
- Hold down the button on the side of the Monitor.
- While holding down the button, plug the Monitor back into power.
- Wait for the Blue LED to blink 5 times.
- Release the button.

There isn't a blue LED light, just the on/off light and it never blinked. I attempted a couple of times and waited for about a minute, while holding the button, however blinking.

Yep! When I hold the menu button down just the locked warning occurs. I disconnected my monitor overnight, still the same.

I unplugged everything. I accidently locked the power button and I held the power button for 10 seconds and the power button unlocked without issues.

Nope! The menu is still locked.
