HP 4600n Paper Jam Tray 2 just before transfer kit

I keep getting a paperjam right out of tray 2 just before the transfer kit. The unit does need a new transfer kit (6000 pages to go). Could this just simply be the paper pick up rollers for tray 2? The paper lifts out of the tray then stops... I can see it when I pull the tray out.

Yes, try new rollers. It could also be the motor or a paper tray issue.
