i want to buy hp 800 g1 case i7 4790 and use it temporarily with GTX 1050 gigabyte OC windforce 2GB
then in the future buy new PSU and RX570 or GTX 1060

would that PSU upgrade be possible or should i use external psu for GPU?
and someone told me that 1050 is very weak compared to the this cpu and it will bottleneck does that mean it won't give me the full performance of the 1050 card
or i will benfit fully from the card but not the pcu?

Bottlenecking means that you won’t get full preformance out of something. So I would say that the cpu is too powerful. I would concider i5 4670k or i5 4690k but note that it’s 1150 socket so it will be hard to upgrade in future.

found a video on youtube for the same case he replaced the stock psu for a 600 w
thermaltake lite power PSU
http://prntscr.com/n03em2
he also used 24 pin to 6pin to power the mobo since it doesn't take 24 pin

is that PSU good enought for rx580 ? i know there are better PSUs but iam on a tight budget
