So bewildered!

Issue, it's a SFF case. Lots of ATX power supplies. They won't fit.

I'm aware to the wiring harness adapter requirements.

OMG I now understand why I stopped doing PC work ions ago.

Measure the dimensions of your current power supply, and compare those with the ITX power supplies on the market. That should at least get you going in the right direction.
