Question Hp 8200 sff dead motherboard

I have hp Compaq 8200 sff , recently cpu fan and psu fan spin for few seconds and then stop.
Troubleshooting steps I follow

1. replaced psu with working psu ,still doesn't work.
2. reseated ram , cleaned dust , checked power cable .
3. Removed all other components like graphic card , keyboard, mouse , hard disk and tried to start but still fan spin for few seconds and then just stop.

After all this steps , I decided to apply new thermalpaste and reseatted cpu .Still issue is same fan spin for few seconds and then just stop. But after 2-3 days , my motherboard is not responding , cpu and psu fan both are not spinning now , only green led light on motherboard . Any help will be appreciated.

I think it is a motherboard faulty issue.
No point to keep going.
time to build a new AMD ryzen system

Anyone have any clue regarding hp 8200 sff motherboard. Is there any built in protection in motherboard, to prevent it from damage?. Please help I don't want to buy new motherboard.
