[SOLVED] Hp 830 G5 Screen Issue

Anybody ever experience this?

I update all the driver. Graphic, chipset, bios, etc. Work for several day.

Happen again after that.

I already call HP center regarding this and they looking for it. I cannot check the hardware or try out as all of it still in warranty.

Now there's one more user facing the same issue and i think this is not bc of hardware.

Normally if it hardware, it should flicker or distort often and also happen in bios but this is different. 1 - 2 minutes then gone.

Something wrong. If any of you guys facing the same problem, please let me know what is the solution for this and what cause this?

Not plug in to any external monitor. This is from laptop screen

ok only thing is the CPU and GPU overheating
but you can try an external monitor to confirm
and could be a loose connector or loose panel.
Which both are likely to happen.
And It is overheating then they will have to troubleshoot if the heatsink paste is ok or not.
By which btw they will not think of hand.
