Question HP 850 G1 - Switching GPU

Hi

I have an HP 850 G1 laptop, which has dual GPUs, an ATI Radeon 8750M and an Intel HD Graphics 4400. Is there any way I can tell Windows 10 to use the ATI GPU by default?

OS - Windows 10 Version 1903
Radeon software - Adrenalin 19.7.2
