HP 8600 windows 10 changing setting without request

Windows 10 Always change the printing settings in my HP 8600 each time I enter the printer settings (draft mode, black ink only) apply changes, ok, close, then enter again in printer setting and see the old again (color printing, auto mode).
Why Windows 10 let me change the setting but, after that, reset the setting to inicial status?

Have you got Win 10 drivers for the printer? I think the settings should be saved by the printer, it may not be Windows fault.
