Take a look at the Radeon R7 240. I recently brought an HP a1747c home from the dump to fix up and give to one of my kids. Even though HP says it only takes a max of 4 gig of RAM, I was able to install 8 Gig of RAM without any issue. I also put in a new Radeon R7 240 graphics card in it and the performance is good. Running Windows 7 Professional 64-Bit. With this configuration, the Windows Experience Index for both Graphics and Gaming Graphics is 6.8
