HP All-In-One Not turning on

I work at a repair shop and recently we have had a customer bring in their HP All-In-One model no. 24-g014 that wouldn't power on. the customer had tried multiple power cords but none of the did anything. First thing we replaced was the power button board to no effect. After that we replaced the motherboard. Nothing. So now we have a computer with a new power button, a new motherboard, and a new power supply cord and it still wont turn on. I have even unplugged the HDD, RAM, disc reader, and the display just to see if I could get the fans to spin but still nothing. Any suggestions?

On this computer the power supply is external and part of the cord like a laptop and that has also been replaced
