Hp ati radeon hd 4850 gigabyte driver

I have an HP Pavilion e9180t with Vista ultimate 64 (12 GB). I have the ATI Radeon HD 4850 - 1GB. I am using the driver version 8.581.1.0 windows says this is the correct driver. The Card is failing the wire (something) shader test. I suppose it is the card itself that is bad but does anyone have a uptodate driver I can try?

I really don't think so. It is running cool and I haven't even ran any games on it yet. It is brand new. HP is sending me a new card but I want to be totally sure the card is the problem.
