[SOLVED] Hp Boot up error after changing ram

I have change my ram to 16gb of ddr4 3200mhz (1 stick) from a previous 8gb
now it wont boot up properly and have the infamous error "selected boot image did not authenticate"
I have tried all solution possible, also my bios have no legacy option
also if use the previous ram it will work normally

System Model: HP Pavilion Gaming Laptop 15-ec1xxx
BIOS: F.25 (type: UEFI)
Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 4600H with Radeon Graphics (12 CPUs), ~3.0GHz
Memory: 8192MB RAM
Nvidia 1650 ti

It sounds like the RAM may just not be compatible for whatever reason.
