HP Case Panel Removal (other panel)

I have an hp envy 700 series that has a panel with these wierd small things keeping me from opening the panel so i can take out the motherboard since i want to remove it and put it in another case. anyone know how to take this panel off or know what kinda of tool i can use?

You're gonna have to explain yourself better. What are you referring to when you say "wierd small things"?

they are small circle screws or bolts , something along the lines. the panel that is shown in the pdf is the panel for the main components, the other one gets to the back of the mother board where i can remove it. they are tiny little things with that are circles and keeping me from opening the other side of the case.

Have you already removed all the screws located on the motherboard (accessible after taking of the "main" panel) and actually tried to remove it? I don't know of any cases that requires removal of the back panel to remove the motherboard.
