HP Color LaserJet with a green line

So ever since I installed an HP Color laserjet it has had a small green line going down the center of the page, top to bottom when you print pictures. tried to wipe off the fusor and didn't make a difference, about to call HP about it but just wondering if anyone knows anything I can try to do before I do, we have tried printing from different systems, and I don't have the model number handy. Just wanting to say again it only happens on pictures.

If you can locate the corona wire that may need cleaning -- normally a brush or swab is included with toner and (presumaby) instructions for use.
