HP Colorjet M177 online but windows doesn't print testpage

SW was installed many time, prints a testpage using HP SW but Winprint doesn't print a testpage. No error found using problemsolver
 
problem occures connected to USB or directly via network IP Address. When we remove all SW and drivers, the printer prints again but after a while doesn't again.
 
if the deskjet direct card can be removed on this printer do it with the printer off and reset it see if it helps. also check hp web page see if your printer has the newest firmware and see if it a firmware bug. on the printer have to turned the printer dhcp server and set the printer up on the network at a fixed ip. did anyone move the printer to a new switch or router to see if bad network drop or power?? also try turning off the printer sleep funtion..if the printer has a bad part on the ethernet card it may not be waking up right from sleep.
 
due to the fact that the printer has the same error conntect to its USB and the printfiles are going thru to the printjob to the printer, i think its a internal problem in the printer (comm. between signal input (usb/LAN) and printing conversion module. Strange enough, printing tests from the headupdisplay printer works

Have updated the firmware (latest ver. dec 2014) for the 2e time now, problem not resolved.
 
problem stay on every computer Win7 or 8, USB/network. Strange enough, HP Print/scan doctors doesn't find any problem except for a Homegroup-error. Why this error appears each time i don't know, its very strange that it does appear. If you print a testpage from a HP-program, the printer works, if send via windows - printer properties it doesn't.

In my 20 years + as IT Manager have never encountered such problems. HP support don't help. If i contact HP Belgium they say i'm at the wrong address, if we contact HP USA they send me to HP Belgium again. Support is ZERO. Lost client due to this.
