Hello

I have an old HP Compaq 6710b ....but it fall down down and its was broken.Now i am thinking of getting it repaired.

I was watching motherboard for it..i saw http://www.geeknext.com/parts-accessories/motherboard/motherboard/hp-elitebook-2530p-motherboard-tested-513947-1473.html

but its out of stock.I live in India.when i converted i found its around 1700 (INR).is it real??Do laptops motherboards costs only this much?

It's cheap because it's a "Grade A" second-hand item (already been used).

Be careful when replacing parts, you need to be at least fairly certain which parts are broken, otherwise you could be wasting your money.

When a PC falls, the most likely internal casualty is the hard drive, anything else may simply have become dislodged and just needs reseating.

Yes i know that first hard disk gets faulty.But in my motheboard of laptop usb ports have broked and i cannot coonect monitor because vga port also broked 🙁 adn the lcd So i should get them soldered again??repaired by technician?
