HP Compaq 8100 Elite CMT PC with GeForce GT 1030

I have a HP Compaq 8100 Elite CMT PC and i want to buy the GeForce GT 1030. I know that its compatible with the HP Compaq 8100 Elite SFF but will it work with mine.
