HP Compaq DC5850 Graphics Card Upgrade

I have a HP Compaq DC5850 with an ATI 3100 Integrated Graphics card. What would be the best graphics card to upgrade to without changing other parts of the computer such as power supply? Or even better can someone give me a list of compatible graphic cards. I will be very grateful. Thank you.

Is that the slim version with the 250W PSU or the standard with a 300W PSU?
With the 300W you can try the HD 7750. But what the full spec on you pc?
