HP Compaq dc7900 convertible minitower

Hello,i have my pc which is a hp compaw dc7900 convertible minitower it has an intel core 2 quad q9400 a gt 710 64 bit 4 gb ram and the mother board a hp 3032h ddr2 so i was thinking of changing the motherboard and get a better one can anyone suggest me one?

Don't bother swapping the motherboard in a dc7900. The power supply will limit you. You may as well keep saving money for a new case and power supply as well.

There is no guarantee that the HP case will support a normal motherboard. Years ago they used proprietary motherboards with custom screw holes different from a standard motherboard, not to mention your power supply is only 365 watts.

Time to save your money and start over.
