HP Compaq LA2306x blue led blinking, no display

Hello guys,

I am running 3 HP Compaq LA2306x monitors but recently my third monitor stopped displaying anything. The blue LED is blinking and i can see the monitor going from an off state to just displaying black. this started happening a day or two ago and I have already tried all three inputs (DP, DVI, VGA) I have also tried unplugging it and pressing the power button for over a second. I am for some reason not able to contact HP themselves, I can't access the forum (I am stuck at selecting a display name) and I can't seem to get in contact with them via the HP support assistant.

Try swapping a working one in place of the problem one and see if its the monitor or not.

That's exactly what i have been doing, I have tried swapping all cables that were connected to my working monitors but it still does not work.
