Hello everyone i have a project with my hp compaq nc6320 laptop and i was wondering if i could change the motheboard if so suggest me one i am planning on putting and ssd windows 7 64bit and upgrade ram so if i could get a newer or a better motherboard for this laptop i could make it really good

A laptop is not a desktop by any means, and you're stuck with whatever motherboard it comes with.
Get a new one if you want a performance boost.
